Bearing, dynamo drive, 20/25 GBT22 on, 25/30, Bentley and Phantom 2

This bearing supports and gives axial location to the dynamo drive gear. The spacer washer adjacent to it determines the alignment of the gear with the cam wheel which meshes with and drives it. Contrary to views expressed elsewhere the spacer washer does not affect the end-float of the gear. This is controlled solely by the internal clearance of the bearing.
