We would like to process your order as efficiently as possible. To help us to do this please follow the tips below.

  1. Please identify the chassis number of the car(s) that the part(s) are required for and include this information with all orders and enquiries.
  2. Please include your customer account code where known (first 3 letters of your last name, or company name followed by 3 numbers, eg. BEN100.) It is shown in the subject line of emails we send to you and on all invoices.
  3. Where possible please identify the item(s) you require by our part number or the Rolls-Royce part number.

If you are unable to identify the item(s) by part number please provide the following information:

  1. Close up, well focused photograph(s) highlighting the defining features of the item(s)
  2. Application: where on the car the item is fitted. Please be as accurate and descriptive as possible when defining the location of the part. For example, if you need a cylinder head stud, consider whether it goes from the cylinder head to the block, or from the cylinder head to the exhaust manifold.
  3. Material specification where appropriate, eg. brass, copper, steel.
  4. Accurate dimensions where appropriate. Items such as nuts, bolts, screws and washers are often identified by their dimensions so please provide the following information where possible:
    1. Thread size
    2. External diameter
    3. Internal diameter
    4. Length and where the measurement is taken from
    5. Thickness.

Please remember the more information you can provide, the more likely we are to be able to identify the part(s) you require.
